Orkish Troll?

I had an idea for an ork, troll, goblin like creature that hides its face behind a leather mask ( who knows where the leather comes from) . This is not course related, just my own thing. Started with a head model from Zbro, rest is extruded.
I had an idea for an ork/goblin like creature that loves to collect garbage and clothes left by humans. Glowing eyes, sharp teeth, hiding his face, tall and skinny with somehow human anatomy.
